Jayne- Nov 2023

"Jayne will be 14 years old on November 20th and has been my baby girl for almost that whole time, as she joined the family at about 6 months old. Jayne has always been a sweet girl with a fun and silly nature. She can use her pretty brown eyes to get just about anything she wants, and is known to be a bit dramatic (which I adore).”

“She loves to travel and go on long car rides. The perfect co-pilot who loves a road trip and a hotel bed/stay. Although we are staying close to home these days, she still loves to just go on a car ride around the city.”

“As Jayne started aging we tried joint supplements and other meds that are meant to help... Well, Jayne being special extends to her tummy and GI, as none of the meds agreed with her. We had a corgi friend who had wheels and she brought Tilly to IPC. About that time, our vet, Dr. Diaz, suggested trying alternative therapies.”

“I think the biggest point to reference when talking about the impact of rehabilitation is that she is almost 14 years old and is a shepherd! She looks and acts much younger and I attribute all of that to her therapies at IPC!

“Although she's starting to slow down physically, she goes for hydrotherapy, acupuncture, and the occasional massage to keep her body limber and flexible in her elder age.”

“Jayne absolutely adores the team at IPC. Her friends at the front desk are always happy to see her and she loves the attention she gets from Jenny, Kimmie, and Camille. “Emma has been her therapist of choice and she just loves her! Jayne and Dr. Ridley have a pretty cool relationship—they just get each other.” ♥
